DESCRIPTION
Huckleberry Hide-Away is a lovely new oceanfront
cottage nestled amongst tall alders trees & wild berry bushes on 10-acres of
forest. It is perched just 200 feet from a secluded beach that is reached by
walking along a private fern-flanked path.
This romantic Cortes Island beach cottage includes a cozy wood burning fireplace,
outdoor oceanview deep soaker tub, designer cotton linens, and down-filled
duvets for your comfort.
This rental cottage is furnished in rustic elegance, with seasoned wood for
the fireplace, sparkling clean fully equipped kitchen, fresh oysters & clams
on the beach, complimentary canoe to explore the coastline, paddle to the
Squirrel Cove General Store for supplies, and discover the breathtaking
beauty of Desolation Sound Marine Park.
The sleeping arrangements include 1 private bedroom with a queen-sized bed
and french doors to oceanside deck, there is also 1 double-sized bed in an
open oceanview loft, and 1 single-sized day bed in the living room reading
nook. Cortes Island accommodations ideal for a romantic retreat or a small
family holiday with a maximum of 4 persons.
This rental accommodation includes a stereo and CD collection, TV/VCR with
video library, and washer/dryer, all utilities are included (for
long-distance calls just bring along a phone card), the cottage also has
high-speed internet if you are traveling with a laptop computer that is
equipped for wireless communications.

RENTAL RATES in Canadian Dollars

Beach Hide-Away:
$1,000/week = October thru May
$1,400/week = June & September
$1,600/week = July & August
Rates apply to standard occupancy of 2 persons, for each extra
person add $100 per week to a maximum of 2 more people (4 in
total).
OTHER FAQS
• Plus $500 Refundable damage deposit & tax added to above
rental rates.
• Minimum stay 3 Nights from September thru June OR 7 nights in
July & August.
• Inquire about Special Discount Monthly Rates for Long Term
Rentals & Sabbaticals.
• Usual weekly arrival-departure days during peak summer months
are SATURDAY. Please inquire about other travel dates to suit
your itinerary.
